Callaway X-22 Irons 3-9PS
The Callaway X-22 Irons are a result of many hours of engineers consulting with professional golfers to come up with a clean looking club head designed for amateur players.
Perhaps one of Callaway's trademarks is the bore through design. That is when the shaft goes all the way through the club head and is visible on the sole plate. In the Callaway X-22 Irons, Callaway used a modified Tru-Bore. This is just simply a new and improved version of the traditional bore through. The modified Tru-Bore has a polycarbonate tip plug at the bottom of the shaft when it is visible on the sole plate. The tip plug absorbs the vibration from the club head hitting the ground or ball resulting in a softer feel for the golfer.
Callaway has starting using the VFT technology in most of its golf clubs these days. VFT stands for Variable Face Thickness and when used in irons it lowers the center of gravity creating the perfect trajectory. That perfect trajectory results in a higher launch angle in the lower irons and better control of trajectory in the shorter irons.

These Callaway X-22 Irons are awesome. Best investment I've made in a while. I love the cavity back design and the reduced vibration from the insert in the heel of the club.
I just used the X-22 irons for several time, but I like them very much, they are the great clubs and they gave me much help to my golf performance.
I read the clubs review that the X-22 irons are outfitted with several core technologies, including both relatively new innovations and technologies that have stood the test of time, and I believe they are the game improvement clubs for me.
The price was fair and I liked that the X-22 irons have a good forgiveness for my performance. I am very satisfied with the purchase with you.
I have been wanting to try this club for a long time, but the initial cost of the club made it difficult. But as I can buy the X-22 Irons 3-9PS at what I can afford, I am really pleased with the results. It really was worth the wait.
